Are you an experienced SDET Lead looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about shipping high-visibility consumer web products across the world? Are you energized by working on innovative and high-quality solutions? If so, you might be the SDET Lead that we’re looking for.

The MSN International product development team is looking for an experienced SDET Lead to help take our Shanghai test team to the next level. Reporting to the London-based Test Manager, you’ll lead a team consisting of a full-time Senior SDET and 40 vendor testers. You will be responsible for the test strategy and overall quality of multiple products. As a key member of the local leadership team, you’ll be contributing to the overall Shanghai team success through partnerships with Dev and PM. You will also collaborate closely with the London based leadership team on best practices and processes.

Driven by quality and customer satisfaction, you will be self-motivated and an excellent problem solver. You will have great cross-group skills, understanding of the complete end-to-end development process (with a focus on agile practices) and have a proven record of leading a team to deliver multiple products on schedule.

You will have experience leading a test team to deliver high quality, large scale web solutions. You will be able to use your previous experience and learnings to rapidly adapt to new situations. You should have experience designing and architecting test automation frameworks for web applications, with deep technical skills in .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET and XML/XSLT, HTML/DHTML/CSS, SQL Server and multiple browser types & configurations. You should also have deep knowledge of the various test automation frameworks. Experience of testing Silverlight or Flash solutions is also desirable.
